ABOUT KATRINA

I am a versatile professional with communications, training and project manager experiences. I specialize in needs analysis and end user adoption of new technologies. My goal is to develop learning experiences that build confidence and courage in adult learners. I am pursuing a micromaster certification through UMx on the Edx platform.

The purpose of this portfolio is to demonstrate the application of learning theory to my personal learning experiences and potentialinstructional design scenarios.
